Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our booking policy. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with excellent service. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, please carefully read and adhere to our booking policy outlined below:

 

  1. Reservation Deposit: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable reservation deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required. The reservation deposit will be deducted from the total amount due on the day of your appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  2. Appointment Duration: Please be aware that the appointment duration may vary between 45 to 75 minutes, depending on the type of service you have booked and your specific requirements. We recommend planning your schedule accordingly to allow for any potential variation in appointment duration.

  3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To accommodate such situations, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time for any cancellations or changes.If you provide the required 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling, the reservation deposit can be applied to a future appointment within 30 days, subject to availability.

  4. Late Cancellation or No-show: Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or in the event of a no-show will result in the forfeiture of the reservation deposit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we will do our best to accommodate you, but repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.

  5. Rescheduling: We understand that sometimes rescheduling may be necessary. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, kindly provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, and we will do our best to find a suitable alternative time slot.

  6. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the full allotted service duration. If you arrive late, we may have to adjust the service duration to accommodate other clients.

  7. Refunds: The reservation deposit is non-refundable except in the event of a cancellation by the service provider. In such cases, you will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit.

  8. Group Bookings: For group bookings, special events, or custom services, a separate booking policy and deposit amount may apply. Please inquire about specific terms when making group reservations.
